Ingredients:
Beetroot :10 gm
Oats : 15gm
Wheat flour : 15 gm
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : ½ tsp

Procedure:

1. Purée 10gm of the boiled Beetroot.
2. Now in a mixing bowl, take the whole wheat flour, oats churned, cumin seeds, salt, and black pepper powder.
3. Tsp it adds the Beetroot purée, mix well and form a dough. Avoid water. 4. Add ¼ tsp oil to form a dough.
5. Take a ball of the dough, and roll it into a roti with the help of dusted flour.
6. Heat a Tawa, on the high flame place the roti, after 3 mins, flip the Beetroot Oats roti.
7. Add cooking olive oil on one side, flip and let it cook for 5 mins on medium heat. Repeat the process, for the other side too.
8. Serve the unique and tasty Beetroot oats Roti hot with Curd.
