Besan Palak Methi Pudla
Ingredients
Take A Big Bowl And add
1 Cup – Besan
1 tbsp – Sooji
1/2 Cup – Water
Mix n Whisk for 2-3 Min
1/2 tsp – Carom Seeds ( Ajwain )
1/4 tsp – Asafoetida ( Hing )
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp – Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp – Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
Whisk Properly
Give Rest for 10 min and then add
1/2 Cup – Palak Chopped
1/4 Cup – Methi ( Fenugreek Leaves ) Chopped
1/4 Cup – Coriander Leaves Chopped
2 no – Green Chillies Chopped
1 tbsp – Crushed Garlic
1/2 tbsp – Grated Ginger
1/2 + 1/4 Cup – Water
Whisk Properly
Make a Medium thin Batter and Make Pudla With the Help Of Steel Katori , Spread On Tawa , Apply Oil and Make a Golden from both the Sides
Serve With Chutney
