For all you pancake lovers… this recipe is not to be missed. So simple, so tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
– 125g cottage cheese
– 2 @clarence_court eggs
– 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp psyllium husk
METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix.
2. Let it sit for a couple of minutes so the batter thickens.
3. Heat spray oil in a frying pan and add batter.
4. Cook one at a time.
5. Alternatively, you can put them on a pancake tray at 175C degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Serve with maple syrup and some berries for added fibre.
7. Enjoy!
