Healthy, Low Calorie and so so yum Matar Mushroom Recipe 🤤❤️.
Recipe:
1. Fry 200g Chopped mushroom in some oil till its 90% cooked. Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil till it smokes. Add 1 tsp Jeera, 1 finely chopped onion and Sauté on high.
2. Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 3 green chillies and cook till raw smell goes away. Next add 2 finely chopped tomatoes, salt, 1 tsp each Coriander powder, red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp each garam masala, cumin powder and turmeric. Add some water and cook till tomatoes turn soft.
3. Turn off heat and add 2 tsp whisked curd and mix. Turn on heat and add 1/2 cup Green peas and cook for 5 mins. Add the Mushroom and some water. Cover and cook for 5mins. Add roasted Kasuri methi (1 tsp Kasuri methi roasted on a tawa for 2 mins and crushed), coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot.
