THALIPEET RECIPE|| HEALTHY BREAKFAST|| EASY THALIPEET RECIPE||
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup. Bajra Flour
1/2 Cup. Bhajni Flour
1/4th Cup. Jowar Flour
1 TSP. Salt
1/2 TSP. Jeera
1 TBS. Coriander powder
1- 1.5 TBS. Red Chilli Powder
1/2 TSP Haldi
2 TBS. Til
1 Bunch. Tender Spring onions
Oil
PROCEDURE:
1) Chop the spring onions
2) To it add salt, haldi, chilli powder, Jeera, til, hing and apply nicely.
3) Add all the three flours and mix well
4) Add water little by little and make dough
5) Shape the THALIPEET as shown in the video and roast on a fry pan.
6) Serve hot with Dahi and pickel or techa.
