Healthy Low Calorie Pizza Recipe

Here is a delicious, healthy low calorie pizza recipe. It has a fraction of the calories of a regular pizza and all the ingredients are good for your gut.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED –
• 2 large portobello mushrooms (remove the stem)
• 1 ball buffalo mozzarella,cut into 1⁄4-to 1⁄2-inch-thick slices
• 2 slices prosciutto
• Black pepper (cracked)
• Extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil
• Sea salt, Do NOT use regular table salt
• 6 tablespoons basil pesto (homemade or pre-made – Here’s a good version)

DIRECTIONS
1. place a grill pan on the stove with the burner set to medium-high heat, or set one burner of a gas grill to high
2. Rub olive oil on the cap of the mushrooms and place in the pan (or on the grill) cap side up, and cook for about 5 minutes, wait for the caps to brown slightly.
3. Flip the mushrooms over and grill for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes leave the heat on but remove the mushrooms.
4. Place about 3 tablespoons of pesto inside of each mushroom, add some prosciutto, then top with the mozzarella slices. .
5. Cook each mushroom again for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
6. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
