This healthy easy vegan banana pudding recipe is for my fellow banana lovers! It is dairy free and yet still so smooth and creamy. It is vegan, low calorie, whole food plant-based, sugar-free, gluten-free, no bake and perfect for the warm weather! (ASMR cooking)

*Note that I share a few important banana pudding tips at the end.*

You just need a smooshed ripe banana, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a tablespoon of monk fruit, 4 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds and a cup of almond milk. Mix out the clumps, shake it and then put it in the refrigerator. After about 20 minutes you can remove it, shake it again and put it back in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.

As for toppings, I added pecans and sliced bananas which is a delicious combination. But you could swap them with walnuts and berries if you like. Any flavor that goes well with bananas would likely work wonderfully with this vegan banana pudding recipe. After you’ve decided on your toppings you can enjoy your healthy vegan banana pudding for breakfast, dessert or anytime you want a healthy treat 🙂
