2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves galic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp gound cinnamon
1/4 tsp gound tumeric
1/4 tsp gound black pepper
1 to 1 1/2 pound potatoes
1 large onion
4 medium bell peppers
12 oz chicken wings (about 12 pieces)
chopped cilantro for garnish
