Whatโs up? ๐ฑ Today I want to show you a recipe for Caprese Sandwich. I think it’s a great meal for a lunchtime. How do you think?
Ingredients:
โ 1 Whole Grain Ciabatta – 80g (2.8 oz)
โ Basil – few sprigs
โ Balsamic glaze – 1 tbsp
โ Tomato – 1 medium
โ Mozzarella – 50g (3.5 oz)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (390ยฐF)
2. Slice the ciabatta lengthwise.
3. Slice the tomato and the mozzarella.
4. Place basil leaves on one ciabatta slice and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Layer the tomatoes and mozzarella.
5. Bake for about 5 mins.
6. Sandwich the slices of ciabatta together
Output: 210g (1 serving)
