THE BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Measure 70g of melted Coconut Oil in a bowl.
Add 170g of honey and maple syrup (half and half).
Whisk well and then add 2 eggs while whisking.
Add a teaspoon of baking powder, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a sprinkle of salt.
Add 2 mashed bananas to mixture and stir well.
Add 85g of milk of choice.
Measure 230g of wholewheat flour in a separate bowl and then slowly add the other mixture to it whist slowly stirring it together.
Add in chocolate chips if wanted.
Empty mixture into a baking bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 55 minutes on 165 degrees.
