Complete Diet Plan Steps: 15kg lose in 30days
7am : Measure weight
7:15am : 10 Minutes Morning Walk or Exercise.
7:45am : Diet Drink
8:15am : Healthy Diet Breakfast low carb
11am. : Diet Fresh Fruits
1pm. : Healthy Diet Lunch Low Carb
5pm. : Dry fruits
8:30pm : Healthy Diet Dinner
10:30pm: Go to bed and sleep well for 8 hours.
Drink 10 to 12 Glasses of water in a day for good weight loss results.
Recipes Ingredients:
Diet Drink : Fennel Seeds, ginger, Lemon
Breakfast : 2 Eggs boiled
Morning Snacks: Fresh Fruits Apple, Oranges, strawberry, Berry, watermelon, papaya, Grapes.
Lunch: black chickpeas, onion, green chilies, lemon, iceberg, cucumber, chicken air fry
Evening snacks: Dry fruits.
Dinner: Air fry Fish, chicken breast 150g
