Today’s recipe is Russian Salad Recipe, but it is listed under Salad Recipes Indian. It is also listed under Salad Recipes Vegetarian, it is one of the most commonly available restaurant style salad. A combination of delicate spices and variety of veggies makes it a perfect salad for weight loss. So, let’s take a look at the recipe:
i. 1 Cup Hung Curd
ii. ½ Cup Cream
iii. ¼ Cup Milk
iv. Salt to taste
v. 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
vi. 1 ½ tsp Caster Sugar
vii. ¼ Cup Boiled Potatoes
viii. ½ Cup Cucumber
ix. 1 Cup Apple
x. 1 Cup Pineapples
xi. 1 Green Chilly
xii. 1 tbsp Crushed Almonds
Method of Preparation:
i. In a bowl, take 1 Cup Hung Curd, ½ Cup Cream, ¼ Cup Milk and a little bit of salt and black pepper powder. Mix all of these together to make a thick rich content.
ii. Then in this mixture add ¼ cup boiled potatoes, ½ cup cucumber, 1 cup Apples, 1 cup Pineapples, some Green Chillies. On top of this sprinkle some Caster Sugar.
iii. When the mixture is ready add some crushed almonds to add the crunchiness to the salad. And Voila your Russian salad is ready.
