Today I will be making a quick and easy healthy veg recipe – Veg sandwich toast. This sandwich is great for kids who are not very fond of eating vegetables.
Ingredients: (2 sandwich toast)
Sliced bread – 4 nos.
Carrot (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
Tomato (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
Onion (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
Cabbage (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1 nos.
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Cheese
Butter
