As for me, my dish is Daliya Quinoa Upma, this is rich in fiber and protein. Quinoa is known to have resistant starch, which is good for weight loss, diabetes and cholesterol. I was introduced to Quinoa by Shreya Jain, when she shared about this healthy ingredient on her Instagram stories.
