This is a very refreshing and healthy vegetarian salad for the whole family.
This salad is low calories and goes well with any dish as a side dish too.
It can also be kept in a jar for up to one week in the fridge.

You need

Ingredients:

500 g of carrots,
500 g of cucumber,
1 teaspoon of salt,
1 teaspoon of chili pepper,
1 tablespoon of dried bell peppers,
2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
2 tablespoons of vinegar (9%),
4 cloves of garlic.

Recipe:

Grate the carrots, and place them in a large bowl.
Add 1 coffee spoon of salt.

Rub with hands so that it becomes a little softer.

Cut the cucumbers as in the video.
Put in the bowl.
Add dried bell pepper.
Squeeze the garlic.
Heat the vegetable oil.
Next, pour over the garlic.
Add salt 1 teaspoon, add chili pepper,
soy sauce,
vinegar.

Mix well.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Delicious summer salad is ready!
