This Delicious Zucchini Bread Recipe is a MUST-TRY Healthy Dessert! You don’t have to be a baker, cook, chef, or whatever to make this recipe either, simple ingredients and minimal cookware/utensils required. I’m not a huge sweet person, but if you are, this will hit the spot and more 🙂 This was my first time trying Zucchini Bread as well as making it. but definitely will not be my last! Plus, since it has like a whole zucchini in it you can also get some extra veggies in while eating dessert and that doesn’t happen often! Let me know what you think of the video and how you would change it up. Also, let me know of some other recipes like this I could make for the first time and try it to see how it goes, that might be fun! I hope you enjoy the video!

Ingredients
~ 2 cups coarsely or medium shredded zucchini
~ 1 large egg
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
~ 1/2 cup honey
~ 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
~ 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
~ 1 tsp baking soda
~ 2 tsp baking powder
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ 2 cups whole wheat flour
~ 1/2 cup walnuts pieces (optional)
~ 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the following items:
Egg, Applesauce, Honey, Vanilla extract, Cinnamon, Baking soda, Baking Powder, Salt
2. Mix/whisk the ingredients you just added to the bowl together.
3. Then add the flour and mix these together but do not mash it/smoosh it or aggressively mix, just trying to combine.
4. Spray a loaf pan, I am using 9×5 I believe with cooking spray.
5. Pour the batter/mixture into the loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. You can check the doneness by sticking a toothpick in the middle of bread and if it is clean it’s ready.
7. Once it’s done, remove from the oven and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to cool a bit.
8. Then you should be able to use a spatula to scrap sides and then the bread should just slide right out.
9. Cut it into desired serving size/pieces and that is it!
