You will need:
Around 9 cups total of Kamut flour
4 cups water
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Honey
2 tsp Salt
Kamut is an ancient wheat that has not been genetically altered like so many other types of wheat these days. This recipe will make either 3 good sized loaves or around 30 buns or rolls. We prefer the rolls because they’re easier to bake and use.
