Ingredients:
Dosa batter – 30gm
Onion – 20gm
Tomato – 20gm
1 whole egg
Ghee – 1tsp
Green chilies – 1tsp
Coriander leaves

Procedure:
1. First of all take a blender jar and add overnight soaked dal to make it a coarse paste.
2. Now grind the overnight soaked rice to a coarse paste and mix it with the paste of dal.
3. Add some salt now and mix it thoroughly.
4. Now heat the pan over gas and sprinkle some water over it, and cut the onion in between and rub it on the pan to avoid sticking of batter to the pan.
5. Now add some ghee to the pan and add one scoop of batter at the center of the pan and spread it out to make a thin layer.
6. Now take a large size egg and crack it over the batter and spread it over the whole batter with the help of a spoon.
7. Now to add some toppings, you can use chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
8. Sprinkle some salt and sambar masala and wrap it from one side.
9. Now take it out on a plate and serve with your favorite chutneys.
