Ingredients:
3 pounds of ground lean chicken breast
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Onion
1/2 cup parmeason cheese
2 Tablespoons Chicken Flavoring
1/2 Tbsp Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Salt
Garlic
Basil
Onion Powder
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Olive Oil (Optional)
Handful of Parsley
1 Packet of Chickpea Penne Pasta
1-2 Tbsp Pesto
4 Large Zucchinis

Start with sautéing the onions on medium heat. Then mix the dry ingredients with the ground chicken breast. Add in the oil, egg and parsley and keep mixing until you have the texture shown in the video. Start rolling little balls with the chicken and place them on a baking pan and bake at 400 for 35 mins. To prepare the pasta, follow the directions on the box and add 1-2 table spoons of pesto
for flavor. Then sauté the zucchini on a pan for 5-10 minutes add a little salt and pepper. Put it all in a bowl and enjoy!
