This time, we are adding different ingredients like drumstick leaves, ginger and more. Also this dish is very healthy even you can add this to your weight loss menu. This Ragi is also called as Kepa or Kezhwaragu in Tamil. Some people say this will not be a tasty dish, but it’s not. Today, it’s Ragi Adai wth Peanut Chutney. For peanut chutney, we are combining roasted peanuts with coconut and some important punchy ingredients.

Here are the ingredients for this
Ragi Adai / Kepa adai / kelvaragu adai
Ragi flour – 2 cups
Onion(big) – 1 nos
Ginger – 1 ¼ tsp
Green chillies – 1 ½ tsp
Drumstick leaves – 1 cup
Sesame oil – 2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
PEANUT CHUTNEY
Red dry chillies – 5 nos
Roasted Peanuts – 1 cup
Tamarind – 1 small lemon size
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Groundnut oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Asafoetida – 2 pinches
Salt – As per taste
