This video shows how to make whole grain millet bread. I have used whole ragi seeds also known as finger millet or nachini. Ragi is an excellent source of dietary calcium and other minerals. It is naturally gluten-free and plant-based. If you are following a plant-based gluten-free diet, this recipe will help you to add to your dietary calcium and protein intake. This recipe is toddlers and kids friendly too. This recipe is very easy to follow and requires fewer ingredients.

Ingredients:
150 g whole ragi
1 tsp honey
1 tsp yeast
4 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
1/4 cup any millet flour
1.5 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup basil seeds
1/2 cup water + as needed to grind the ragi
