Moist, dense, tasty and full of fresh pumpkin goodness in your rice cooker! If you don’t want all the extra preservatives from canned pumpkins, you need to try this recipe, using fresh pumpkin! With less sugar and oh so easy pumpkin bread recipe that you can bake in your rice cooker! Plus, baking in your rice cooker is easier because you do not need to worry about burning your pumpkin bread! Enjoy and Happy Baking in your Rice Cooker!

EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Pumpkin Bread Recipe with Fresh Pumpkin

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup or 180 grams ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 tsp or 4 grams BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp or 3 grams BAKING SODA
1/4 tsp or 2 grams SALT
2 tsp or 4 grams PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
1 1/4 cup or 280 grams PUMPKIN
3 large or 4 small EGGS
1/2 cup or 108 mL VEGETABLE OIL
1/3 cup or 67 grams WHITE SUGAR
1/4 cup or 55 grams BROWN SUGAR
2 tsp or 8 grams VANILLA EXTRACT
2 tbsp or 20 grams PUMPKIN SEEDS

HOW TO:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin spice in a bowl
2. Mash pumpkins in a separate bowl until smooth
3. In large mixing bowl, mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla extract until blend
4. Add mashed pumpkin to egg mixture and mix well
5. Pour batter into rice cooker and top with pumpkin seeds
6. Cook for 2 cycles in the rice cooker
7. Cool for 30 minutes and ENJOY!
