Ingredients:
For chilla premix
1 cup oats
sea salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
a pinch of cinamon powder
10-12 black pepper corns
For methi oats chilla
1 laddle oats premix
1/2 tsp green chilly paste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
some fenugreek leves
1 tbsp curd
water to adjust consistency
For tomato and carrot chilla
1 laddle oats premix
1 tbsp chopped tomatoes & shredded carrots
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp curd +1/4 tsp ginger paste
water as needed
For spinach chilla
1 laddle oats premix
1 tbsp chopped spinach
3-4 mint leaves + 1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 tbsp curd+ water as needed
1/2 tsp green chilly paste+ 1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum
water as needed
