Hi everyone!! I’m so excited to share my favorite healthy go-to recipes with all of you. These snacks are under 250 calories and full of superfoods. There are anti-oxidants that are great for your skin and cell renewal. They keep you looking youthful and beautiful. Everyone is always looking for a quick-fix for their skin problems but there would be no need if our skin was great from the inside-out. Try these quick and easy recipes and feel free to add your own touch. They’re all very versatile and can be adjusted to satisfy your personal taste buds. Spinach Smoothie Ingredients:
1.5 cups of raw organic spinach
Medium banana
Unsweetened coconut water
0% plain Greek yogurt
Additional Options:
Flax/chia/hemp seeds (choose one)
Tablespoon of honey
Rolled oats (especially for breakfast)
Organic almond milk
Blueberries
Strawberries
Apple drizzled with peanut butter ingredients:
Raw apple
1 tablespoon of Kraft peanut butter
Acai berry bowl ingredients:
Base:
Sambazon – Frozen acai (one package)
Medium banana
Dates – pitted
¼ cup of milk (almond milk is even better)
1 cup of thawed blueberries (fresh if you have)
Toppings:
4-5 thinly sliced strawberries
¼ cup Granola/soaked oats
¼ of blueberries
2-3 tablespoons of chopped almonds
2-3 tablespoons of goji berries
Some additional options:
Kiwi
Raspberries
Banana
Mangos
Basically any fruits
Flax/chia/hemp seeds (choose one)
