INGREDIENTS:
+Warm Water – 500 ml
+ Active dry Yeast – 1 teaspoon
+ Sunflower Oil – 1 tablespoon + some for greasing
+ Sugar – 1 tablespoon
+ Salt – 1 tablespoon
+ Dried Rosemary Leaves
+ Dried Pepper Flakes
+ All purpose Flour – 1000 gr + 50 gr for kneading
Preparation:
– 1 teaspoon of Active dry Yeast dissolve in 500 ml of Warm Water;
– Add 1 tablespoon of Sugar, 1 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil, 1
tablespoon of Salt. Mix;
– Add full 4 cups of All Purpose Flour- 1 cup=250 gr. Mix properly;
If the dough is still sticky, it is OK- cover it with the lid & let the
dough rest for 3 hours;
– When the dough doubles, carefully take it off from the sides &
bring to the center;
– Put the dough on a cutting board & knead it for 2-3 min with a
small amount of flour. Do not overdo it: the dough should be light
& soft;
– If the dough is still sticky, use Sunflower Oil to cut & form buns;
– Place the shaped buns in a greased mold;
– Preheat the oven to 525 F’. Bake the buns for 20-25 min,
periodically checking their condition in order not to burn them
– Pierce the bread with a fork or a toothpick to determine its
readiness. If the fork comes out without sticking dough, then
the bread is ready.
