Your body is one of the most precious thing you ever have in life, so why not treat it as it deserves. I’ve been having this for over two months now and I always change it up adding a few things here and there but the structures always stay the same. Those days where I know that I’ll be working out I would add a slice of multi grain bread with some Brie cheese and the eat this. It keeps me fool for a long time so I can have my lunch without snacking in between. Hope you give it a try.
