Oatmeal:
½ cup oats
¾ cup water
1 table spoon ground flax
1/8 tea spoon salt
Cinnamon
½ tea spoon maca powder
2 scoops collagen

Peanut sauce Recipie:

Baked Oats:
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup apple sauce
½ cup water
1 egg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 table spoon chia seeds
½ table spoon maca powder
2 scoops collagen powder
½ table spoon coconut sugar
1/8 tea spoon sea salt
¼ cup blueberries

Tahini pesto (my best estimates I didn’t really measure)
½ cup basil
½ cup spinach
1 table spoon nutritional yeast
½ tea spoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tea spoon lemon juice
½ tea spoon maple syrup
2 table spoon tahini
Water to blend
