I have another Weight Watchers Healthy Meal Prep – please let me know if you have any questions about this week’s meal prep!!! Today I did prep for lunches (two 0sp ideas!). If you do not meal prep, you should, it is the key to a healthy lifestyle!!

All the recipes for the meals I show in the video are below.

Turkey Meatballs w/Apples –
Santa Fe Turkey Stuffed peppers –

Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
2 Tbl minced onion
1 Tbl parsley
1 Tbl basil
2 tsp dill
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
Use 1 Tbl of mix to 1 cup of greek yogurt.

Salad Dressings (single serving)

Buffalo Ranch
1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
1 Tbl buffalo wing sauce

BBQ Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
1 Tbl sugar free BBQ sauce

Feta Dill Ranch
1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 oz fat free feta cheese
1 tsp ranch seasoning mix

Roasted Red Pepper Dip
1 jar roasted red peppers – drained and patted dry with a paper towel
1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp minced onion
½ tsp onion salt
1 ½ Tbl parsley
½ tsp dill
Salt/pepper to taste
