Simply Inspired Fruit Cornucopia. Ingredients: 1 Jenny Craig Classic Waffle, 1/2 cup mixed fruit and berries. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 1 package of Jenny Craig Classic Waffles, according to instructions. Flatten each waffle slightly, by gently pressing with your fingers between a sheet of parchment paper. Wrap each waffle into a cone shape and secure with a toothpick. Place the waffle cones in the oven at 350 until firm, about 7 minutes. Prepare 1/2 cup of mixed fruit or berries. Once cool, fill each waffle cone with fruit to make your cornucopia. Don’t forget to remove the toothpicks! Enjoy!
