Today i’m doing another huge meal prep for the week for my family and I! We’ve been eating a “nutritarian” diet which includes eating a huge salad everyday, lots of veggies beans and greens! I prep a huge salad every week ahead of time so we all have a healthy meal ready to go in the fridge. I also wash/ prep all our greens for smoothies and I washed some berries for breakfast/ snack. I also baked a batch of tofu/ lentil meatballs and zucchini noodles!
