Learn how to make bread upma at home which is easy to make & tasty to eat .
Ingredients :-

1:- Bread
2:- Red / green chilli – 3p
3:- Onion – 1
4:- Capsicum – 2p
5:-Cabbage
6:-Oil / butter – 5 tblspn
7:-Salt – as per taste
8:- Cumin powder – 1/2 tspn
9:- Coriander powder – 1/2 tspn
10:- Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tspn
11:- Sesame seeds – 1/2 tspn
12:- Mayonnaise – 1 tblspn
13:- Tomato Sauce / Ketchup – 1 tblspn
14:- Cornflour – 1/2 tspn
15 :- Water – 1/2 cup
Method :-

*Take Bread slices cut the edges & then cut into cube pieces
*Heat a pan add butter or oil & roast the bread pieces till turns to golden crispy & remove the bread from pan
*Add Oil or butter in same pan
*Add chopped rec chilli or green chilli , Chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped Cabbage then fry for 3 to 4 munite in medium flame
*Now add Cumin powder,garam masala powder, coriander powder
*Saute for 1 munite
*Then add Mayonnaise & Tomato Sauce & mix it well
* Now add cornflour Slurry and cook it for 2 mnt in medium flame
*Now add roasted bread pieces and mix it well
*Now sprinkle some sesame seeds and add salt as per tatse then mix it well & turn off the gas
*now serve it hot your tasty & healthy bread upma is ready
