– Oats ~ 2 cups
– Honey ~ 2 tbsp
– Wallnuts ~ 1/4 cup
– Almond flakes ~ 1/4 cup
– Salt ~ 1/2 tsp
– Coconut flakes ~ 1/4 cup
– Cranberries (dried) ~ 1/4 cup

Strawberry bread Spread:
– Strawberries ~ 800g
– Sugar ~ 5 tbsp
– Water ~ 1/4 cup
– Cream cheese ~ 250g

Apple Sauce:
– Apples ~ 3
– Sugar ~ 1/2 cup
– Brown sugar ~ 2 tbsp
– Cinnamon ~ 1 tsp

Poridge:
– Milk ~ 800 ml
– Fine oats ~ 1 cup
– Cardamom powder ~ 1 tsp
– Brown sugar ~ 1/4 cup

Breakfast Roles:
– Warm milk ~ 100 ml
– Fresh yeast / dry yeast ~ 20 g / 2 tbsp
– Vanilla sugar ~ 1 tsp
– Plain flour ~ 350 g
– Sugar ~ 75 g
– Egg ~ 1
– Melted butter ~ 100 g
– Plum / Apple jam for filling

Vanilla Waffles:
– Milk ~ 300 ml
– Vanilla sugar ~ 2 tbsp
– Sugar ~ 60 g
– Eggs ~ 2
– Melted butter ~ 90 g
– Plain flour ~ 2 cups
– Baking powder ~ 2 tsp
– Fruit & powdered sugar for decoration

Apple Pan Cakes:
– Eggs ~ 2
– Vanilla sugar ~ 1 tbsp
– Milk ~ 200 ml
– Sugar ~ 80 g
– Vegetable oil ~ 3 tbsp
– Plain flour ~ 250 g
– Baking powder ~ 2 tsp
– Apple ~ 1^

Spicy Omelet:
– Eggs ~ 3
– Salt ~ 1 tsp
– Red chili powder ~ 1 tsp
– Black pepper powder ~ 1 tsp
