Ingredients:
Basmati rice-2cups ( soak for 25-30 mins)
One large beetroot-(grated)
Green peas-1/2cup
Oil/Ghee-2tbsp
Whole spices ( cinnamon-1inch stick , cardamom pods-2, cloves-3,bay leaf -1small,star anise-1/2)
Onions-2 (thinly sliced)
Mint leaves-a few
Coriander leaves-a few
Green chillies-3
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coconut milk or water -4cups
Ghee fried Cashews for garnishing
