I adore fall, mostly because of the pumpkin everything vibes! Our fall days are still lingering in the mid to low 90s but thats a cool day for us! I thought it would be SO FUN to share some cozy fall recipes that you can make quickly in your own home! PLUS i’m finally sharing my favorite ever hummus that is a MUST try!! My veggie broth:
save ALL my veggie scraps! I put them in the freezer in a large ziplock back when it’s full, I dump them into a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil on my stove top! Once its boiling, I reduce to low and cook for 1-4 hours, just depending on how deep of flavor you’d like! I add seasonings and let cool. I store it in recycled jars in my fridge for up to 1 week otherwise I’ll store it in my freezer for up to 6 months
