if you are on a weight loss plan.
It’s yummy Indian Style Chicken salad.
An easy to make Chicken salad for your weekday meals.
Trick is not to stick to the recipe every time you make this.
Instead, keep changing the base with whatever veggies that are lying in your fridge.
I bet, it will taste delish everytime you give it a twist. Happy eating!!
Chicken Tikka Recipe –
In a bowl, add
– Boneless chicken 100gms
– Red chilli powder – 1.5 tsp -1/2tsp salt -1/2tsp black
– 2 tbsp yogurt
– 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
– Garlic and ginger paste -1 tsp
– 5 drops of lime
Mix it well and cook it on a low flame till the chicken becomes tender and dry.
Once dry, chicken tikka is ready.
