*VEGAN SOUR CREAM:

2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tbsp plain hummus
salt and pepper
lemon juice

*PESTO:

all the basil you got
salt, pepper, chilli flakes
1 clove garlic
1 tsp italian seasoning
lemon juice
¼ cup nutritional yeast
handful walnuts
1 tsp agave
2 tbsp tomato paste

*TOMATO SAUCE:

½ onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tin of your fav. tomato sauce
½ cup water
(1 tbsp tomato paste)
season to taste with soy sauce and pepper

*BULGUR/COUSCOUS BOWL:

½ onion
1 clove garlic
¾ cup bulgur or couscous (Bulgur will take ~10 min longer to cook)
1 tin tomato sauce
1 cup water
couple handfuls of spinach
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt, italian seasoning
(1 tbsp ketchup)
¼ cup nutritional yeast

squeeze of lemon juice
