Ingredients 👇🏼
– 2 Thin Chicken Breast Fillets (100g each – raw)
– Salt, Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder
– 2 Cheese Corn Thins or Cheese Rice Cakes (I ended up only needing around 1 & a half corn thins as I had some left over)
– 1 Egg White (seperate the egg white from 1 egg)
– Light Cooking Oil Spray (Example: Frylight)
– 1 Aldi Brioche Bun
– Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
– 20g Light or Fat Free Mayonnaise

If you don’t have an air fryer bake the chicken in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 – 25 minutes

Seasonings, brands & certain ingredients can be substituted to your own liking if needed.
