recipes & what i did different:
RED LENTIL CURRY :
I ran out of veggie broth so i used chicken & i do not like coconut milk
so i used oat milk instead… i might even skip it next time and just add nonfat greek yogurt on the top 🙂
HONEY CURRY CHICKEN THIGHS:
I baked my thighs at 400f for about 25 min. Next time i will puree or mince the onions to be a lot smaller.
MEDITERRANEAN STUFFED BELL PEPPERS:
I put 1/2 cup chicken broth under the pepper before putting them in oven.
I also covered in foil and kept it in the oven for about 40 min.
SPRING ROLLS:
I didnt do the cripsy tofu part, but i will next time… and also follow the package instructions on the rice wrap so it doesn’t become gooie like mine lol.
ROAST SEASONING:
I make mine in an instant pot but you can of course make in a slow cooker as welI. first sear my roast for 5min with salt and pepper on both sides.
then i take the roast out the instant pot and add 1/2 cup of beef broth and scrape up the bottom. Then i add the roast back in with the seasoning i made ( amount depends on size of roast link will tell you ) and a lil butter & worcestershire sauce cuz why not. I put the timer on for 1hour and 15 min & let it slow release.
