Ingredients:
For Stuffing:
1.soaked green gram – 1 cup
2.green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
3.ginger paste – 1 tbsp
4.salt to taste
5.cummin seeds – 1 tbsp
6.carom seeds – 1 tbsp
7.red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
8.coriander powder – 1 tbsp
9.turmeric – 1/2 tbsp
10.pinch of asafoetida
11.oil – 1 tbsp
12.water – 1 cup

*For Dough:
1.wheat flour – 2 cup
2.salt to taste
3.oil – 2 tbsp
4.water as required

Recipe:
-fristly soak green gram for overnight.
-after that green gram transfer into pressure cooker.
-add water, salt, grren chilli paste, ginger paste, turmeric and asafoetida.
-also add cumin seeds, carom seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder and oil.
-mix well and cover it.
-cook for 2 whistle.
-after 2 whistle allow to cool and then add cilantro.
-suffing is ready.
-now prepare dough.
-take wheat flour in bowl.
-add salt, oil and water.
-knead soft chapati or paratha dough.
-cover it and rest for 10 mints.
-after 10 mint take one flatten dough ball.
-dip it into flour and roll 3-4inch diameter circle using rolling pin and board.
-put 1tbsp green gram mixture in the center, gather the edges as shown.
-pinch it into the center to seal it properly.
-flatten it using your hands very gently.
-again dip into dry flour and roll into 6 inch diameter round.
-roll it, making perfect paratha.
-heat tawa and put paratha.
-fry paratha both side to make spots.
-enjoy the green gram paratha with chutney, curd,pickel or tea.
