Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp orange marmalade
1 Tbsp cajun seasoning
1 lb Salmon filet
1 Tbsp orange marmalade, for topping

Step 1
Marinate salmon for 15 minutes in olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, orange marmalade, Cajun seasoning mixture.

Step 2
Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145F.

Step 3
Remove from oven and top with orange marmalade.
