Bread – 4 slices
Paneer- 100 g
Onion – 50 g
Green chilly- 1
Tomato – 1 sliced
Cucumber- 1 sliced
Hummus – 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Salt and Pepper- as required
Note:
1) You can add any vegetable or cheese of your choice to the sandwich.
2) You can toast or grill the bread.
