1. 1 cup green moong
2. pressure cook it for 2 to 3 whistels
3. take a pan add 1 tbsp oil
4. then add 1 tsp jeera and 1 tsp rai
5. now add 1 cup diced onion , 2 cups tomatoes , 1 finely chopped chilli
6. add some salt , red chilli powder and your favourite seasoning to it
7. Saute them on high flame
8. add boiled moong mix them well
9. add some lemon juice
10. then add some sev or bhujia and give it a good mix
11. Moong chat is ready
