Savoury Vegetable Muffins/ Healthy Breakfast/Snacks Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of mixspice
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons milk powder
4 tablespoons chickpea flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 small size chopped onion
1 cup chopped coriander and parsley leaves
1/4 cup green/red bell pepper
1 tablespoon baking powder
sesame seeds
