Meal plan inspiration!
Tips:
-prioritize protein
-have veggies with every meal
-have themed nights such as (taco Tuesday, soup Sunday, chicken Friday, etc.)
-use leftovers for lunches or dinners on busy nights (we do mon/wed)
These are weekly staples here at the Porter house. I love cooking and eating healthy meals but I don’t want to spend all night in a kitchen. So these are 5 of my go tos.
