Recipe;
1 apple, cubed
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup cashew & almonds
1 tsp honey
1 cup milk
– Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
– Garnish with sliced bananas,apple and sprinkle some chia seeds (optional)
