Ingredients:
– ½ Onion
– 1 Tomato
– 1 Cucumber
– ½ Apple
– ¼ th Capsicum
– Finely chopped coriander & mint leaves
– ¼ th Carrot
– 5 Red cherries
– ½ cup of boiled corn
– ¼ th cup sprouts (moong)
– ¼ th cup fried groundnuts
– 1 tbsp. chaat masala
– 2 tbsp. lime juice
– 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
– Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Mix onion, tomato, cucumber, apple, capsicum, carrot, red cherries, corn, sprouts, groundnut, and fresh leaves of coriander & mint leaves.
2. Now add 2 tbsp. of lime juice and extra virgin olive oil.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Mix well and serve it cold.
