trim the tops of the beets, washed and dry beets, in another pot bring potatoes to boil, when potatoes is ready , peal and set aside
in a large pot add water, bring water to a boil, cook beets until tender about 30 minute. peel once cook
4 cooked beets cut in medium size
3 cooked potatoes cut in medium size
4 green onion shopped
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
mix all ingredient over beets and potatoes
