Let’s cook this delicious Mango Arugula Salad
and Fresh Spring Rolls.

Ingredients and preparation:

Juice from 1 orange
1 tbsp of honey
Pinch of black paper or salt
1 mango
1 avocado
3 mozzarella sticks
Half of the lemon juice / drizzle over avocado
Drizzle with prepared sauce
1 cup of arugula
Pinch of pine nuts for decoration

cut 100g of tofu
add 15g of butter onto a hot pan
add tofu and fry it on both sides
chop up half of the cabbage
cut 1 beetroot
cut the fried tofu
wet a rice paper
put some red cabbage, tofu, beetroot, microgreens, and blueberries on the rice paper
make a roll
make more rolls the same way
add 1 cup of greek yogurt into blender
add lemon juice
add 1/2 avocado
add a handful of parsley
add 1tsp salt
add 2 minced garlic cloves
blend
add sauce onto the rolls
add blueberries
add mint leaves
