so guys here is another low calorie breakfast idea for u ppl…its ivernight oats recipe but in just five minutes it neans u dont have to waitt ovenight to have yhis recipe just make it quickly and enjoy healthy breakfast with oats

15 g oats(16g)=58kcal
60 ml almond milk(60ml)=10cal
1/4tsp vanilla essence(1g)
30 grams mashed banana=27kcal
1 g cinnamon powder
1 g baking powder
3 g cocoa powder=4cal
bake at 160°C for 15 mins
or microwave for 2 minutes
total=100kcal for whole breakfast
