I think most of you will agree that we are always looking to really delicious snacks that are healthy! In this video I made some new recipes that I have been wanting to try for awhile. SPOILER ALERT: They were all so good!!

Peanut Butter Coconut Balls Recipe

I followed the recipe except I added some mini chocolate chips and a pinch of salt to mine, which added a nice crunch. I think these would be so good dipped in chocolate if you wanted to try another spin on it!

Easy Homemade Applesauce

I basically follow this recipe, except I skipped the white sugar and substituted the brown sugar for Truvia Brown Sugar. I really enjoyed this and my 2-year-old niece loved it too lol! It is so easy to make!

Granola Bars

These were so good, but it was very crumbly so I ended eating them more like granola with fruit and Greek yogurt. I’d still recommend the recipe though. If any of you have any suggestions for them not being as crumbly please let me know!
Note: I substituted the sunflower seed with pecans and the dried apples with dried cherries.
